Where is my order?
We understand waiting for your items can make you start stalking your postman.
If you’re not sure what delivery method has been used, you can check your order confirmation email as it has everything you need to know.
Some products, such as personalised or direct despatch items may take a little longer as they are not made or despatched from our own warehouse. Depending on what you have ordered some items may also arrive on seperate occasions.
How late can I place my order?
With the majority of our products being of the personalised nature, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.
This is based on orders placed by 17:00.
What are your delivery options?
We currently only deliver in mainland UK.
For all direct dispatch and personalised products please allow 3-5 days to receive your order. If you have selected express shipping please allow 2-3 days.
We offer free Delivery - within mainland UK for all orders over £50. Our free delivery service will be with you within 3-4 working days. Your package will be sent using a courier and will require a signature.
We try our hardest to despatch all orders within 24 hours based on orders placed before 15:00.
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or you’ve changed your mind then no problem. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can for you.
Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before hand and let us know your reason for return. You will then be issued a returns number in which you will need to place on your parcel. Please be sure to return it to us within 30 days keeping your proof of postage.
We are unable to exchange items but we can easily give you a refund or a voucher to buy something else. We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that’s plenty of time to for you decide whether it’s for you or not.

I have a voucher, how do I use it?
If you have been lucky enough to recieve a givethegift.co.uk voucher, please shop as you normally would then when you reach the checkout screen enter the code printed on your voucher in the 'Enter a promo code' box. The voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your checkout amount.
